Acumatica Summit is always a valuable opportunity to learn what’s next—but this year, what stood out most to us was something simpler: time spent with our customers and partners, in person.

Throughout the week, our team had the chance to connect face-to-face with organizations we work closely with, strengthening relationships that usually live in meetings, emails, and project plans.

Connecting with the teams behind FurHaven / PetWise reminded us how important these in-person moments are. Conversations flowed easily, ideas were shared openly, and it reinforced the trust that comes from truly understanding our customers’ goals and challenges.

We were also glad to spend time with James & James, Evergreen Fire & Security, and JoeScan, continuing conversations about growth, operational priorities, and what’s ahead in the coming year. These in-person discussions bring a different level of clarity and alignment that’s hard to replicate virtually.

We also spent time with Protomet, a long-time customer whose journey continues to inspire us. Seeing them recognized at the Summit: alongside many other innovative manufacturers, was a proud moment and a great reminder of what strong ERP partnerships can achieve over time.

Events like Acumatica Summit reinforce why we do what we do at Lucid Consulting: not just implementing systems, but building lasting partnerships that support growth, adaptability, and long-term success.

We’re grateful for the conversations, the collaboration, and the shared momentum - and we’re excited to keep building alongside our customers in the year ahead.
